The District Engineer, Omaha District, proposes to reissue the RGP for a period of five (5) years. All proposals for consideration under the RGP will be reviewed by the Corps in accordance with the permit conditions and application procedures listed below. RGP 00-02 would authorize structures or fills designed to permanently or temporarily isolate fish populations for management purposes. Construction of fish screens or barriers to prevent fish and aquatic species entrainment in structures such as, but not limited to, irrigation facilities, hydroelectric facilities, and water intakes would be authorized by the RGP.
