USACE Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) Program

The program provides an organized approach to cope with both general work stressors and crisis situations. Components of the program include: one-on-one peer counseling, routine peer support/team building meetings, crisis intervention group meetings and critical incident stress debriefings.
