Environmental consultants are the professionals working in environment consultancies or persons running his/her own private businesses that  address a variety of environmental issues for their clients. These professionals are students of environmental engineering or environmental science and may be familair with the laws, rules, regulations and processes associated with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Regulatory Program.
