Colorado State University (CSU) International School for Water Resources (ISWR), Civil and Environmental Engineering Department (CEE) 

The Colorado State University (CSU) International School for Water Resources (ISWR), Civil and Environmental Engineering Department (CEE) and IWR signed a Memorandum of Understanding recognizing their mutual interests in promoting collaboration with national and international organizations and in fostering the improvement of Integrated Water Resources Management practices globally.

The Florida International University (FIU) and IWR signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that builds upon their common interests in integrated water resources management, scientific research and capacity-building for developing countries and countries in transition.

Institute for Water and Watersheds, Oregon State University

Oregon State University's Institute for Water and Watersheds (IWW) and IWR signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that builds upon their common interests in integrated water resources management, sustainable development, ecological design, ecosystem restoration and environmental conflict resolution. This partnership will benefit from each partners’ program to promote research and capacity development.

National Institutes for Water Resources 

The National Institutes for Water Resources(NIWR) and IWR signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a long-term cooperation and partnership in development and practice of integrated water resources management. The Parties have a common interest in the advancement of water resources education and research, and in the sustainable development, management and protection of water resources.

University of Arizona 

The University of Arizona and IWR signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to facilitate cooperation in integrated water resources management, scientific research and capacity building. This partnership will lead to collaborative efforts furthering sustainable development and sound water management policies, particularly in arid and semi-arid climates.

Water Systems Analysis Group (WSAG), Institute for the Study of Earth, Oceans, and Space, University of New Hampshire 

The University of New Hampshire's Water Systems Analysis Group (WSAG) and IWR signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to enhance their cooperation in areas related to global water science. This partnership will encourage the understanding of water resources issues on a global scale and emphasize technological improvements in water resources management.
