FY 16 and FY 17 accomplishments
- Per the Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) of 2007, a draft Agreement with the Non-Federal Sponsor (NFS) was prepared to increase the annual federal payment to reflect the updated cost of operation and maintenance (O&M) of the Harbor, and to revise the Agreement to include terms that regularly revise such payments for inflation. This Agreement is currently being negotiated and, when approved, such payments (appropriated in FY2014) will be made to the NFS for its continued O&M of the Harbor.
