The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Jacksonville District manages campgrounds located one each at Ortona, St. Lucie, and W. P. Franklin Lock Recreation Areas. Golden Age and Golden Access Passports are accepted at all campgrounds.

You can make reservations for your favorite campsite up to 180 days in advance! The process is quick, easy, and convenient. Make your reservation at www.recreation.gov. or call the NRRS toll free number 1-877-444-6777 or TDD at 1-877-833-6777. Operators for the toll free number are available March 1 through October 31: 10 a.m. until midnight (Eastern) and November 1 through February 29: 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. (Eastern). Internet reservations may be made at any time.

 The America the Beautiful Senior Pass, America the Beautiful Access Pass, Golden Age and Golden Access Passports provide a 50% discount on federal Land and Water Conservation Fund Act (LWCFA) use fees charged for facilities and services as camping, swimming, parking, boat launching, and cave tours. Though the Corps is not authorized to sell the America the Beautiful Passes we will continue to grant fee discounts to bearers of previously issued Golden Age and Golden Access Passports or to holders of the new America the Beautiful Passes. America the Beautiful Senior Pass (replaces the Golden Age Passport) — The passport is good for a life time and there is a one time processing fee of $10. To be eligible for the passport, you must be a permanent U.S. resident and 62 years or older and provide identification showing proof of age and residency.

America the Beautiful Access Pass (replaces the Golden Access Passport) — The passport is free of charge and good for a life time. To be eligible for the passport, you must be a permanent U.S. resident, regardless of age, who has been medically determined to be blind or permanently disabled. Examples of acceptable documentation include: statement by a licensed physician; document issued by Federal agency such as the Veterans Administration, Social Security Disability Income or Supplemental Security Income; or document issued by a State agency such as a vocational rehabilitation agency.

To obtain the new passes individuals must appear in person at a National Park Service, United States Forest Service, United States Fish and Wildlife Service, Bureau of Land Management or Bureau of Reclamation recreation sites that charge fees. A listing of these areas by state can be found at www.recreation.gov.

Once on the website, click the GO button beside Quick Search. In the block entitled Full Text Search type "W912EP" or type the solicitation number without the dashes if known and click Start Search. View the list of project titles to find the solicitation you are looking for and click on the title. Register as "interested vendor". Thereafter, follow the links.
