The Operations Division is the segment of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers that provides Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the Corps' Civil Works projects. The Operations Division oversees projects and programs in the areas of water navigation, hydropower, geospatial data, recreation, coastal management, emergency operations and more. With operations headquartered in Galveston, Texas, the division is responsible for the district's ongoing effort to provide the public and private sector with coastal, riverine and land-based projects.
