The Philadelphia District is located on the 6th floor of the Wanamaker Building, across the street from City Hall, at 100 Penn Square East, Philadelphia, Pa. 19107. 

Parking is available in the garage at the base of the building. Entrances to the garage are at 34 S. Juniper Street and also on 13th Street between Chestnut and Market Streets. 

The District is also accessible via public transportation: 
- A 2-minute walk from 13th Street stop of SEPTA's Market-Frankford Line
- A 6-minute walk from SEPTA's Market East and Suburban Station Regional Rail Stations
- A 7-minute walk from PATCO's 12/13th stop on Locust Street.      

Once in the building, take escalator up to the lobby and walk toward the booth on the right side of the building (south side). Ask desk security guard for the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers. Please bring a form of identification.
