The mission of the Equal Employment Opportunity office is to manage and direct the Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Employment Program for the Little Rock District Commander. Also, the office manages the EEO complaint processing system to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Furthermore, it monitors and assesses the climate of Little Rock District activities to ensure that the human resources management of civilians comply with EEO and affirmative employment principles and requirements. Lastly, the EEO office assists in the accomplishment of the overall Little Rock District mission.
