Please note that PEO EIS anticipates the release of the official ECs by April 3, 2015 via FedBizOpps.com (FBO). The FBO announcements will provide detailed instructions on how to respond to the respective ECs. Available for download below is the form that should be used to respond to individual ECs. Interested parties should first register with the PEO EIS Innovation Cell. To register with the PEO EIS Innovation Cell, fill out the "Innovation Cell Registration Form," also available for download below, and email it to the Innovation Cell at: PEOEISInnovationCell@navy.mil.
