NAO-2013-01564/16-V1391 - 10/7/2016: JLB Dulles Tech LLC proposes to construct a residential development that will include two multi-family residential buildings with associated infrastructure and the McNair Farms Drive extension to connect Dulles Technology Center drive with Centreville Road in Fairfax County, Virginia.

NAO-2005-01458 - 10/3/2016: Vulcan is proposing to expand mining operation at the existing quarry. . The project will impact 1.22 acres of forested wetlands, 0.88 acre of emergent wetlands, 0.63 acre of open water, and 440 linear feet of stream channel.Total cumulative impacts for the project are 1.81 acres of forested wetlands, 0.88 acre of emergent wetlands, 0.63 acre of open water and 645 linear feet of stream channel. The applicant indicated that impact have been avoided and minimized by avoiding impacts to the James River and its RPA and Goode Creek. To mitigate for the proposed impacts, the applicant proposed to purchase 3.32 wetland credits from the James River Mitigation Bank and 359 stream credits from the Amelia Environmental Bank.

NAO-2005-2549 - 9/29/2016: Moore's Point, LLC, proposes to build 161 residential lots on 48.855 acres of land located between Nansemond Parkway and Portsmouth Blvd in Suffolk, Virginia. All of the lots and most of the roads will be constructed on uplands. The project requires that two access roads be constructed through forested wetlands.

NAO-2015-00104 - 9/22/2016: Highlands Conservation Group, LLC proposes to establish, design, construct, and operate a wetland and stream compensatory mitigation bank to provide off-site compensatory mitigation for projects that result in unavoidable impacts to wetlands and streams within the specified geographic service area. The proposed mitigation bank, is located on two tracts, the Benges Creek Site and the Staunton River Site, totaling approximately 99 acres of land within the Clinch River Basin, in Grayson County, Virginia. The public comment period ends October 19, 2016.
