Great Lakes: The Great Lakes transport vital commodities to an from the Nation's heartland.  The total annual commerce on the Great Lakes averages 175 million tons. 

Ohio River:  LRD maintains operations along the Ohio River's mainstem and its tributaries.  The Ohio River's 2,582 mile basin of waterways carry 35 percent of the country's waterbourne commerce.
