These drills can help slow your heart rate, lower your blood pressure and reduce the level of stress hormones in your body. By doing these drills regularly, you can lower your baseline stress level and be better prepared to deal with stress in the future.
The first drill is a progressive muscle relaxation exercise to help reverse the symptoms of stress. This drill provides exercises that help you become focused, calm, alert, relaxed and ready.
The second drill helps you relax by focusing on different parts of your body. This drill provides exercises designed to rid your mind of negative thoughts and instill a feeling of calmness and safety.
The third drill will help you relax your back. This drill provides exercises targeted at releasing stress in your neck, shoulders, and back, allowing you to have a well-rested body.
The fourth drill will help you get to sleep. This drill provides exercises designed to help you fall asleep and improve the quality of your sleep so that you become mentally stronger and more alert.
