Our Planning, Programs and Project Management Division is a technical, administrative, advisory and operational staff office that supervises, assists, coordinates, reviews and implements policies regarding project management business processes and the budgeting and executing of all work for the Pittsburgh District. Our division has four branches: project management, program management, planning, and management initiatives, which are staffed by experts, including specialized and civil engineers, project managers, program managers, economists, outreach specialists, administrative personnel, and even an archaeologist.
