Welcome to Rock Island District's command information newspaper the Tower Times. This publication is published bimonthly by the Corporate Communications Office providing timely and accurate information between the District commander and District employees, retirees and the public. The Tower Times Online is written and published in an effort to increase employee morale and welfare, job performance and satisfaction, and to increase the knowledge, understanding, and support of Corps, DA, and DoD initiatives, programs, and priorities.
