Our Mission

To sustain the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as a premier organization in developing small businesses and maximizing their opportunities to participate in procurements, thereby ensuring a broad base of capable suppliers to support the Corps of Engineers' mission and strengthen our nation’s economic development.

Update Your Representations and Certifications

The Small Business Association increased the revenue-based industry size standards on July 14, 2014, to account for inflation. Please go into the System for Award Management (SAM) and update your revenue based size standards. In SAM, you will see an exclamation point "!" next to the 'Small Business' value for those NAICS codes impacted in your registration's Reps & Certs. You have to log into SAM, review, and resubmit your registration to apply the new size standard.
