Per the settlement agreement in
Columbia Riverkeeper v. USACE, No. 2:13-md-02494-LRS (E.D. Wash), pertaining to the Bonneville, The Dalles, John Day, McNary, Ice Harbor, Lower Monumental, Little Goose, and Lower Granite dams on the Columbia and Snake Rivers, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is making available reports of monitoring and assessments that have occurred pursuant to an Oil Accountability Plan for each project.
Projects
The eight dams have operational similarities and common internal processes and equipment. The management, equipment, project layout, staffing and size, however, vary among the projects.
Each project is subject to Northwestern Division policy on oil and grease accountability to ensure that oil and grease at operating projects are properly accounted for to reduce the potential for releases of pollutants into waters of the United States.
Each project uses the Facility Equipment Maintenance (FEM) tracking system to document all equipment inspections and repairs.
Inspections are performed on a routine schedule established by the individual dam. When Inspections reveal operation or maintenance issues not associated with normal operations, the project performs
Assessments through which the project evaluates, repairs, or otherwise addresses such issues. The reports below contain summaries of Inspections and Assessments for each of the eight dams.

Below are reports for the reporting period August 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015 for each of the aforementioned dams. Reports for the period January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016 will be made available after December 2016.
