NAPLES, Italy - Representatives from the Russian Kuznetsov Naval Academy and U.S. Naval War College (NWC) attend an initial planning conference at Naval Support Activity Naples, Italy, for the 2013 bilateral war game, which will be conducted later this year in Newport, R.I. The war game, established in 2006, is designed to promote college-to-college engagement, open dialogue, and build mutual trust by exploring maritime operational planning through scenarios of common interest.
