Lee Conley, P.E., PMP is the Deputy District Engineer for Programs and Project Management, Tulsa District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He is responsible for the management of the District's civil works, military construction, and environmental restoration programs.

Lee has served throughout Southwestern Division both at division and district level most recently in Little Rock District where he served as Deputy Chief Engineering and Construction Division and previously as the Deputy DPM.  He also served as Chief, Military Branch, PPMD at the Fort Worth District and at Southwestern Division as the Fort Worth District Support Team leader.  During his 20 years with the Corps of Engineers, he has experienced the full spectrum of USACE missions (Military, Civil Works and IIS), serving in a variety of capacities from project engineer and planner to project and program manager.

 

He  is a licensed professional engineer (PE), a certified project management professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI), earned a certificate of mastery from the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) and is certified a DAWIA Level III (FE).

 

Lee grew up outside of Memphis, Tennessee and earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Memphis after which he served on active duty as a Commissioned Army Officer for almost 10 years.  Transitioning to USACE as a civilian, he then completed an Master of Business Administration at Texas Christian University.
