Office of Small Business Programs

The USACE Honolulu District Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) ensures that small businesses have the maximum practicable opportunity to participate in Honolulu District acquisitions through contracts or subcontracts. The Honolulu District OSBP provides outreach to inform small businesses on how to do business with us.

The OSBP also provides advice and assistance to the Honolulu District workforce on all aspects of the Small Business Program. The involvement of small business concerns in our military and civil works programs is vital to the mission of the Army and to the Nation’s economic prosperity. Honolulu District is committed to developing small business concerns, providing procurement opportunities, training and counseling businesses for success, and establishing a broad base of capable suppliers to support the Army’s mission.
