Data sharing network will allow critical information to be shared among African partner nations

Eleven troop-contributing countries from the central Africa region are participating in Central Accord 2016.

In late March the east African country of Uganda took ownership of equipment from the United States as part of an ongoing mission to build international peacekeeping capacity and promote regional security operations in nearby Somalia.
