EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY; for all U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, South Atlantic Division project solicitations, the Electronic Bid Solicitations (EBS) system is no longer available for solicitation access and download. SAD solicitations are now only available from a new federal procurement system, called Federal Technical Data System (FedTeDS) https://www.fedteds.gov, which is a web-based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal agencies. All prospective contractors and their subcontractors and suppliers must be registered in FedTeDS before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. You are urged to read the FAQs posted on the FedTeDS website to better understand this new process.
