The Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) Program is responsible for policy development, resourcing and oversight of quality of life programs for Sailors and their families. FFR enables a ready Navy force through programs such as Family Readiness, Fleet Readiness and Housing programs.
Fleet and Family Readiness in Singapore is managed under Navy Region Center Singapore (NRCS). It provides services to all U.S. DoD and Military active duty personnel and their families.
