The primary mission of the Regional Public Affairs Office is to tell the stories of the Fleet, Fighter and Family to our internal and external audiences. Whether facilitating interviews, issuing press releases or responding to media queries, we strive to provide the most complete, accurate and timely availability of information about our activities consistent with operational security and the privacy of our service members and their families.
The Region Public Affairs Office also manages the award winning Flagship Newspaper, winner of the 2013 Chief of Naval Operations Media Awards for Outstanding Civilian Enterprise Newspaper.
