What the Warfare Centers can provide to you:

Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division works continuously to develop and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships with local business and industry.  We want Ventura County area firms to be competitive in bidding for contracts, and we want to give back to the community by providing revenue streams which will enrich the area and create new job opportunities for residents.

We Want to Do Business With Small Business

Our Small Business Office helps local small business firms develop the products, skills and capabilities to compete successfully for NSWC PHD contracts and subcontracts. Through conferences and one-on-one discussions, qualified companies learn how to get their fair share of the government purchases and contracts designated for small businesses.

Our industry partnership program provides guidance for research and development and can include the use of naval vessels as platforms for testing and evaluation of promising new products.
