PLEASE NOTE: The FY-17 application cycle has closed.  The Selection Board has concluded.  Results should be released NLT 31 October via NAVADMIN.  The application website (NetFocus) will remain closed while updates are incorporated.  If you are applying for FY-18, you can start the process now by downloading the checklist, studying for the SAT/ACT tests, and begin assembling your portion of the selection package.  There is no requirement to apply online first.
