Interstate Technology and Regulatory Council
ITRC, a state-led coalition working with industry and stakeholders, provides web-based training and classroom training on environmental technology topics. Defense Department is one of several Federal agencies providing ITRC funding support. DOD doesn't formally endorse these courses but some of them directly or indirectly address DOD environmental contamination detection and cleanup technology issues (e.g. munitions, firing ranges, unexploded ordnance, etc.).
