Army Reserve Equal Employment Opportunity Office

The Army Reserve Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Office is centrally located at Fort McCoy, WI, and services the entire Army Reserve civilian workforce as well as certain Directorates at IMCOM Fort McCoy, ASA Dix, Camp Parks, and Fort Hunter Liggett.

USAR Safety

The United States Army Reserve safety directorate employs safety techniques to prevent fratricide, property damage, personnel injury and mission disruption to eliminate the effects of accidents on unit readiness and mission accomplishment.

The command chaplain provides relevant, unifying and enabling religious support to our U.S. Army Reserve Family.




Retirement

Retirement Services Offices provide crucial retirement counseling and pre-retirement services to Soldiers and their Families to aid them in making timely and informed decisions regarding their entitlements and benefit.


The Army Reserve Inspector General

The Inspector General is an extension of the eyes, ears, voice, and conscience of the Commander.




Army Reserve Medical Management Center
Supports Army Reserve commands and provides end to end case management for Medically Not Ready (MNR) Soldiers. Centralized management and tracking of all profiles received from Army Reserve or LHI. Centralized location for MEB/ND - PEB/MAR2 packet building and submission into the Integrated Disability Evaluation System (IDES).

The Ready and Resilient Campaign integrates and synchronizes multiple efforts and initiatives to improve the readiness and resilience of the Total Army - Soldiers (active duty, Reserve, National Guard), Army civilians and Families. (external link)

Casting Call

The Army Reserve Recruiting Communications Branch is casting Officers and Enlisted Soldiers to participate in a new advertising video project to communicate the benefits of Army Reserve service.  



The Army Reserve Warrior Transition Program is the proponent to provide centralized assistance  in clarifying administrative, legal, and medical concerns that warrants Army Reserve engagement as Warrior Transition Soldiers navigate through their Comprehensive Transition Plan.
Employer Support For the Guard and Reserve

ESGR, a Department of Defense office, was established in 1972 to promote cooperation and understanding between Reserve Component Service members and their civilian employers and to assist them in resolutions.

The Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS) Program
The Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS) program is a strategic partnership between the US Army and a cross section of corporations, companies, and public sector agencies. 


Reserve Foreign Exchange Program 

The primary purpose of the Department of Defense Military Reserve Exchange Program is to provide National Guard and Reserve officers training associated with mobilization duties while enhancing their ability to work and communicate with the military individuals of the host nation. 



Comprehensive Soldier Fitness

Comprehensive Soldier and Family Fitness (CSF2) is designed to build resilience and enhance performance of the Army Family — Soldiers, their Families, and Army Civilians. CSF2 does this by providing hands-on training and self-development tools so that members of the Army Family are better able to cope with adversity, perform better in stressful situations, and thrive in life.
