Aviation employee's theme chosen for 2016 Hispanic Heritage Month September 15, 2016 — The 2016 Hispanic Heritage Month theme, “Embracing, Enriching, and Enabling America” was submitted by Defense Logistics Agency Aviation employee, Maurice Sanabria, chief, Command Programs Office in the Command Support Directorate in Richmond, Virginia. This is the second national theme win for Sanabria. His theme was also selected in 2012. MORE

Galbraith, force behind critical distribution system, joins DLA Hall of Fame September 15, 2016 — One of the 2016 inductees into the DLA Hall of Fame, Kent “Rocky” Galbraith, spent 38 years with DLA, beginning as a warehouse worker at Defense Depot Ogden Utah in 1966. MORE
