WASHINGTON - William Houchins, senior technical leader in the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Test and Evaluation Division, was honored with the prestigious 2015 Department of the Navy Test and Evaluation Lifetime Achievement Award at a recent ceremony, Navy officials announced Aug. 15.

DAHLGREN, Va. - Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) senior engineer Ralph Stewart briefs congressional staffers on the 105 MM gun weapon system during the delegation's tour of the NSWCDD Battle Management System and Laboratory, July 29.
