Office of Counsel
The Office of Counsel serves as the principal legal advisor to the DLA Troop Support commander. We also furnish legal advice to all operation and staff elements of DLA Troop Support. We are an integrated element within the Defense Logistics Agency's Office of General Counsel. Our goal is to provide the finest legal services to our clients.

Our attorneys provide advice and counsel in many legal areas, including:

government contracts
bid protests
personnel law
environmental law
ethics
business integrity
alternative dispute resolution

Our office represents DLA Troop Support in litigation before the federal courts and various administrative agencies, such as the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board and the Government Accountability Office.
