Mission Statement

Land Customer Operations exists to ensure that our DLA Land Customers’ receive the right item, at the right time, every time. From formal demand planning for repair parts to processing requisitions to addressing issues impacting operational readiness or depot production schedules, Land Customer Operations is engaged from foxhole to factory, identifying, projecting, and answering or customers’ current and future needs. We use multiple collection and analytic methods to continually scan the horizon to detect trends and issues, and collaborate with our procurement and financial colleagues to keep our aim in front of requirements and emerging trends.
