Note: DOD frequently updates root certificates used for enhanced web site security. If you get errors about this site not being trusted, the most likely cause is implementation of new certificates. In order to resolve this issue, public domain (not .mil) computer users, or their respective IT support personnel, to visit the DOD Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) site to download and install the latest DOD certificates from DOD PKI site. Once you are on this site, click on the Trust store tab. Choose the latest (most recent) installer to install all the DOD Certificates into the systems trust store. For public computers using a browser other than Internet Explorer, additional configuration steps may be needed. User can use their preferred search engine and search on "DOD PKI " for configuration assistance on their specific browser.

Registration

Registration is now open for the DLA Land and Maritime Small Business Office TKO seminar for Wednesday and Thursday, November 9 and 10. There is limited seating, so it is important to get your registration in as soon as possible. We will also take a short waiting list.

  • Registered participants for TKO onsite seminars or workshops should plan on arriving 45 minutes to one hour prior to the session start times. This will allow time needed to enter the facility through DLA security.

    The TKO Seminar is a session on teaching vendors how to start doing business with the Defense Logistics Agency. Vendors will be informed on how to find open solicitations, how to submit a quote through the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS), the procedures for viewing/downloading drawings, and how to use Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) to get paid. There will also be topics of discussion on Alternate Offers, Source Approval Requests, Breakout Program, and the Parts Purchase or Borrow Program. All sessions are held at DLA Land and Maritime, located in Columbus, Ohio free of charge. The only cost you may incur is lodging, food and transportation.

    Webinars

    Webinars will be held for numerous topics throughout the year. The webinars are currently held via DCO and a URL will be provided to all registrants the week prior to the event. If there is a topic of discussion you would like to see covered please contact your local PTAC to possibly set up a session.

    Attention Foreign Nationals

    Foreign nationals planning to attend a TKO seminar should send an e-mail request to the TKO/Webinar mailbox at least 30 days prior to the seminar date. At that time, specific forms and guidance will be provided to ensure that a registration can be processed and accepted.
