MDA offers entry-level opportunities through the Missile Defense Career Development Program (MDCDP) and MDCDP—Recent Graduate (MDCDP-RG).

What Is the MDCDP/MDCDP-RG?

It is an exciting, hands-on approach that will give you the specific skills and experience on cutting-edge technology to put you on a fast track to success in the missile defense community. During this three-year program you will acquire valuable technical and work-related skills through rotational assignments that include seminars, formal classroom training, and on-the-job training. MDA will pair you with a mentor who will help you evaluate your career path as well as opportunities for professional and personal growth. You will work hand-in-hand with industry partners who develop our technology — managing, overseeing, and helping guide development that keeps America safe.
