WASHINGTON, April 23, 2015 – Defense Secretary Ash Carter is scheduled to unveil the Pentagon's new cyber strategy and innovation initiatives as he delivers a lecture entitled "Rewiring the Pentagon: Charting a New Path on Innovation and Cybersecurity," at Stanford University today, in Stanford, Calif.
