Safe Helpline: operated by the Rape, Abuse, & Incest National Network (RAINN), the nation's largest anti-sexual violence organization. RAINN also operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline. Sexual assault can also be reported to a SAPR Victim Advocate, Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC) or healthcare personnel.
