Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Jonathan Greenert has issued his 2014 Position Report.
The Position Report describes the progress that's been made toward the vision and plans outlined in the CNO Sailing Directions and Navigation Plan: 2015-2019. The report also highlights both achievements and areas which need improvement, and discusses the progress yet to be made while focusing on his three tenets: Warfighting First, Operate Forward, and Be Ready.
