DISA Direct Storefront Opens Oct. 31

DISA Direct Storefront (DDSF) Wave 1 will roll out Oct. 31. In this release, mission partners will be able to order Dedicated, Sensitive but Unclassified (SBU) Internet Protocol (IP) Data, Secret IP Data, and Commercial Satellite Communications (COMSATCOM) capabilities in a user friendly, e-commerce-like platform.

Training sessions for DDSF are being offered by the DDSF Program Management Office via Defense Connect Online using phone bridge 301-225-5555, DSN 312-375, on Oct. 15 (meeting identification number 1015) from 9-10:30 a.m. EDT, Oct. 22 (meeting identification number 1022) from 1-2:30 p.m. EDT, Nov. 5 (meeting identification number 1105) from 9-10:30 a.m. EST, and Nov. 12 (meeting identification number 1112) from 9-10:30 a.m. EST. DISA Mobility Service mission partners, customer account managers, DISA Global Support Center personnel, DISA field offices, and the Mobility Program Management Office staff are encouraged to attend.

DDSF improves upon DISA Direct Order Entry by providing a request management capability that facilitates faster fulfillment and automated provisioning where possible. Information about the DISA Mobility Service and emerging telecommunications products and services can be easily discovered, ordered, and tracked through the new application.
