As the wife or husband of a service member, you are eligible for many benefits, including health care, shopping privileges on base, and access to base facilities and programs. Once you arrive at a military installation, visit the Fleet & Family Support Center to find useful information on benefits and services. You’ll find it helpful to attend orientations for military spouses and to read all the information available to you. In the meantime, here is a quick checklist to get you started.
 
Command Sponsor

Naval Hospital Jacksonville assigns a sponsor to every person in receipt of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) Orders. The sponsors will be actively involved with the program providing guidance and/ or information to assure a smooth transition into this command.

To receive information on a Command Sponsor, contact our in the Human Resources Management Department. To request sponsorship fill out our short form and click submit to send. Request for Sponsorship Form

Military Personnel:
Upon arrival, report to the quarterdeck to have the Officer-of-the-Day (OOD) endorse your orders. Then proceed to Admin Office located in Human Resources Department (HRD) on the 2nd deck, near main elevators. If you report to the OOD after normal working hours, the report to HRD the next working day at 0745.

Defense Finance and Accounting Services
Information about military pay. From this site you can link to MyPay, which allows you to manage your pay, LES, W-2s, and more. A login and PIN are required.
