Dental Readiness
You must complete an annual dental exam if you’re a member of the National Guard and Reserve.
If you're in the TRICARE Dental Program, network dentists can complete the dental exam form for you at no cost.
You will have to:
- Call your service branch rep for any requirements specific to your service
- Schedule the exam
- Give the dental exam form to the dentist
- Give the completed form to your service branch rep
