OUR MISSION  

Soldiers take a moment to fold the American flag 3rd Medical Command provides C4I, Title X support and technical supervision for over 7,000 Soldiers located in 21 states and Puerto Rico during garrison operations to prepare and provide trained and ready Soldiers and units to U.S. Army Reserve Command for mobilization. On order mobilize, deploy and redeploy forces to support our nation's defense anywhere in the world and, in particular, establish the 3rd Medical Command as the single medical enabler supporting Army Central across the full spectrum of operations in the Central Command area of responsibility while delivering state-of-the-art, cutting edge combat healthcare to U.S. service members and other personnel in accordance with the Medical Rules of Engagement.
