Warfighter and Family Readiness

Joint Region Marianas' Warfighter and Family Readiness Program is a regional team dedicated to providing a full range of quality products and services that enhance our customers’ lives in support of mission readiness and retention. Warfighter and Family Readiness Program (WFRP) is responsible for policy development, resourcing and oversight of quality of life programs for Navy and Air Force personnel and their families. WFRP contains four program areas: Fitness and Recreation; Fleet, Family, and Child Programs; Dining Services; and Housing (Bachelor, and Family).

The integration of programs within WFRP is designed to optimize individual programs and their joint operations. The organization of these programs by functional specialty enables staff at all levels of the organization to be selected for their expertise in specific functional areas and enables programs to focus solely on the best delivery of services. Business processes have been streamlined and optimized to provide the highest quality customer service in the most efficient manner.

WFRP believes that customers are why we exist. Regular and objective evaluation of customer needs and satisfaction with services is an essential element in our decision-making and actions.
