The Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) Facility Support Program leads the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution System (PPBES) for shore infrastructure. They establish policy and oversee the following programs: Facility Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM), Military Construction (MILCON) and Facility Support Services (Facilities Management, Facilities Services, Base Support Vehicles and Equipment, and Utilities). We support the Warfighter by ensuring Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization and Base Operating Support funding is funneled to the most pressing, mission-critical issues.
