To view property at a DLA Disposition Services Field Activity be sure and check in advance with them for directions, operating hours, and procedures.

Department of Defense Activities can request property from the General Services Administration (GSA) GSAXcess during the Transfer/Donation screening cycle.   Exceptions to this policy are MILSTRIP Priority 1 - 3 and NMCS requisitions which have priority overall and should contact the DLA Disposition Services Field Activity.   In addition to having access to DLA Disposition Services inventory, GSAXcess users will also have visibility of other Federal Agency excess reported to GSA.

For complete information on GSAXcess and obtaining access to the system, please visit the GSAXcess Property pages.

What To Do When You Find What You Want

As a Reutilization customer, you'll be withdrawing Department of Defense (DoD) property on a DD Form 1348-1A (MILSTRIP Requisition) and you will need your Accountable Supply Officer's approval before you submit a requisition.

DoD contractors and other specialized programs often have additional requirements.  For regulatory guidance, check the DoD 4160.21-M , DLA Disposition Services Disposal Manual.
