Transfer Customers

If you are a Federal Agency, you're a Transfer customer and will be receiving Department of Defense (DoD) property transferred from the Department of Defense to your agency.  Transfer customers are allowed to screen inventory starting the 15th day after the accumulation close date.

When requesting property that is located in the United States, Federal Agencies must do so via the General Service Administration's GSAXcess, an automated property management system for reports, property searches and ordering.

When requesting property that is located outside of the United States it must be accomplished using a Standard Form 122.  You are strongly encouraged to contact the DLA Disposition Services Field Activity prior to submitting your SF-122 by faxing a Screener´s Tally Sheet (DRMS Form 103), or simply calling the DLA Disposition Services Field Activity and asking to speak to a Reutilization Specialist.
