My staff and I are ready and excited to start your experience in this challenging and rewarding milestone in the Enlisted Leadership Continuum. Prepare to be fully engaged by the course and staff as your experience here will be different from any other course you have ever attended. This course will prepare you for the most important transition in your career, your advancement to Chief Petty Officer. Joining you will be elite representatives of the U.S. Air Force, and select international maritime services.
