EOD Technology
  The Explosive Ordnance Disposal technology department traces its origin back to World War II when the U.S. Navy recognized the need for countering advanced and complex weapons systems being deployed by other nations. Representing the largest concentration of EOD knowledge in the world, our mission is more relevant today than ever before. Systems Engineering
 JATO The Systems Engineering Department is the principal agent for maintaining the DoD’s application of energetics to fleet needs and missions. We plan and execute the application of energetics from the earliest stage of acquisition development through actual item fielding, in-service & logistics support, ordnance assessment, and final demilitarization phases. We maintain the core technical capabilities of energetic applications through expertise areas in warheads, propulsion, fuzing, energetic materials, safety, modeling, simulation and electronic interfaces for energetic systems. We are the front line for the planning and execution of energetic projects in all DoD and national interest mission areas. Select for more info
 
Systems Integration
  The Naval Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation (PHS&T) Division is a Detachment of Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD) . The Detachment is located in Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey. Select for more info.
 
 Energetics Manufacturing
  The Energetics Manufacturing Department provides development, scale-up, full-scale demonstration, and destructive and nondestructive testing of energetic formulations for chemicals, munitions, explosives, propellants, pyrotechnics, and energetic ingredients. The department also maintains and develops state of the art facilities for the development, manufacture, and test of energetic products in support of DoD. In addition, the department serves as the Navy's single CAD/PAD stock and issue point.  Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation
  The Research, Development, Test and Evaluation Department provides RDT&E of energetic materials and of technologies to evaluate energetic materials and ordnance. In addition, the department also provides the scientific foundation needed to determine the behavior and suitability of energetic materials for ordnance applications.
