Acquisition Procedures

The Acquisition Procedures Division (DLA Disposition Services J-71) provides internal oversight and support to the buying offices which includes but is not limited to the coordination and issuance of contract policy and regulatory guidance, coordination of DLA Procurement Management Reviews, responses to Congressional inquiries, preparation of various Command and DLA suspenses and reports, release of Freedom of Information Act (FOIAs) inquiries relating to acquisition, the Government Purchase Card (GPC), and contract price analysis and support of the Enterprise Procurement (EProcurement) system.
