MISSION:

The 1st Mission Support Command provides mission command to assigned units of the Army Reserve in Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands to ensure their readiness to deploy to war and successfully execute their wartime missions. Assist in Defense Support of Civil Authorities as needed and directed.
 
Serve as the Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
