"WE ARE MOVING THE DIAL FOR SMALL BUSINESS"

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) "office of Small Business (OSB) Programs" actively supports the Secretary of the Navy's objective to "identify and develop small business concerns that support the Navy-Marine Corps force for tomorrow" through outreach, training and counseling. Special emphasis is placed on assisting concerns that have been historically underutilized or have had difficulty participating in our procurement process.

The NSWC PHD OSB is the central point of contact for small business firms that want to learn how to conduct business with NSWC PHD. Of special importance, to provide small businesses with information on the specific types of services and commodities currently under contract, the PHD OSB in conjunction with the PHD Acquisition Department posts a 5-Year Acquisition Forecast spreadsheet. Our hope is that small businesses will benefit from this forecast as they strategize to capture contracts as a prime contractor or subcontractor.

Please note: The 5-Year Acquisition Forecast includes contracts that are anticipated to recur; however, there is no guarantee of a follow-on solicitation.
